About GOBRAN®

Gobran was founded more than 25 years ago by Michael Gobran, based on the conviction that leadership impact is a central driver of organizational success. Since then, we have worked with leaders and organizations to make leadership clear, effective, and durable. As one of the early providers in the German-speaking market, we combine long-standing leadership experience with psychological expertise and a clear, principle-based approach. With an interdisciplinary team, we support leaders and organizations in maintaining leadership effectiveness even as complexity increases.

GOBRAN® has grown out of extensive work with individual leaders, leadership teams, and organizations. Our experience shows that sustainable organizational success rests on three reinforcing factors.

1. Effective leaders who build and sustain strong teams

Organizations do not rely on individual high performers alone. They depend on leaders who enable consistent team performance over time. These leaders deliver results while remaining aware of their long-term impact on culture and people.

2. Aligned leadership teams

Leadership teams function as a collective steering unit. A shared understanding of leadership, strategy, and culture creates orientation within the leadership team and ensures consistency across the organization.

3. Leadership as an organization-wide system

A shared leadership understanding and leadership culture that carry strategy and values into everyday practice. Across levels and locations, a scalable framework emerges that makes leadership consistent and supports reliable execution of strategic objectives.

Who we work with

We work across industries. What matters is not the sector, but the leadership reality an organization faces. We most often support organizations where structure, growth, or responsibility create increased complexity in leadership and decision making.

Complex and distributed organizations

Organizations with multiple locations, international structures, or multilingual teams. Leadership must function across distance, decisions must remain connected, and orientation cannot depend on personal proximity.

Leadership under sustained pressure

Organizations where leaders operate under high workload and time constraints. Our work is designed to fit real leadership situations and provides orientation through clear principles rather than additional programs or abstract models.

Multi-level leadership structures

Organizations with several leadership layers where board, top management, and operational leadership must be addressed simultaneously. We ensure that leadership principles and decisions remain understandable, consistent, and effective across levels.

Long-term oriented organizations

Organizations that prioritize responsibility, stability, and continuity over short-term optimization. Family-owned businesses in particular value our focus on sustainable impact, trust, and leadership that endures across generations.

Growth, transformation, and realignment

Organizations undergoing growth or change where strategy, leadership, and culture cannot be addressed separately. Our work integrates these dimensions and provides clarity where parallel demands and uncertainty increase.

Our principles

Mindset Shapes Behavior

Sustainable leadership starts with how leaders think. Beliefs and focus shape action — not the other way around.

Impact Outlasts Results

Success that holds isn’t measured in quick outcomes. It’s built through consistency, clarity, and trust over time.

Change Happens Beneath the Surface

Real development isn’t cosmetic. It begins with reflection, not reaction — and addresses what drives behavior at its root.

Leadership Requires Calibration

Leadership must adjust with context. That’s why we work in cycles — reflection, realignment, and application, again and again.

Technology Supports. People Lead.

Digital tools are only as effective as the philosophy behind them. We use tech to sharpen leadership — not replace it.

Clarity Builds Cohesion

Diverse perspectives don’t compete when anchored in shared focus. Purpose gives difference direction.
