Advance Coaching – Klarheit über die eigenen inneren Treiber

Advance Coaching is designed for leaders who want a deeper understanding of how they think, decide, and act. The focus is on the internal beliefs and patterns that influence decisions, behavior, and impact over time.

Purpose of Advance Coaching

Coaching is widely used today, yet lasting change often remains limited. Advance Coaching addresses this gap by working at a deeper level. The focus is on a systematic examination of personal thinking and behavior patterns and on understanding which patterns support effective leadership and which ones constrain it. The objective is to identify and work through internal blockages that shape everyday leadership situations and limit personal effectiveness. By developing clarity at this level, leaders create the conditions for more deliberate and consistent leadership over time.

What We Work On

Understanding your inner system

Coaching makes visible the internal patterns that shape reactions and behavior and the factors that guide action in critical situations. This creates a robust understanding of how your inner system operates and what conditions are required to remain effective, particularly under pressure.

Recognizing triggers and recurring patterns

A second focus is on situations where familiar patterns tend to take over, such as conflict, criticism, uncertainty, or high expectations. The goal is to recognize early signals and consciously manage recurring dynamics before they begin to drive decisions and behavior.

Decision clarity

Coaching explores which internal mechanisms are active in key decision moments, such as avoidance, over control, excessive caution, or adaptation to expectations. The objective is to make decisions that are well grounded, sustainable, and aligned with both personal standards and leadership responsibilities.

Understanding personal impact

Internal states often influence presence, communication, and behavior more strongly than intention. Coaching supports leaders in assessing their impact more accurately and in steering their behavior with greater calm, clarity, and precision even under strain.

The Process

1. SRC Analysis over two days

The engagement begins with a two day SRC Analysis. During this phase, core internal drivers are examined systematically and placed in context with their origins, internal logic, and effects on decisions, relationships, and leadership situations. The purpose is not to create a profile, but to establish a precise self understanding that serves as a reliable reference point for further work.

2. Monthly check ins focused on application

This is followed by regular monthly check ins that translate insights into daily leadership practice. Concrete leadership situations are discussed and consistently linked back to the findings of the SRC Analysis. This creates an ongoing alignment between internal drivers and actual behavior in real decision making and leadership situations.

About the Advance Coaching Approach

“In the SRC approach, the focus is not on the past, but on present day impact. When we understand which internal beliefs shape our actions, we can lead with greater awareness and clarity.” Miriam Gobran, Advance Coach
